Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your item to return it to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it – undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the labeled film (on applicable items) is removed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at team@blckrt.com if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue.

EXHANGES

To exchange an item, return the original item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at team@blckrt.com.
